$300 Reservation Fee plus $100 Cleaning Deposit

Kitchen includes: stove, refrigerator, microwave, large coffee pot and may request a roster.
WiFi is available as well as large tv monitor and projector screen.
Large outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables.
Gas fireplace
Key required – Must be picked up the day before your reservation.  If you reserve for a weekend, the key must be picked up before 5:00pm on Friday.
Smoking is prohibited.

Rosemeade Chalet

This shelter is our warming house in the winter months so may only be reserved before 4:00 and after 8:00pm and weekdays and before 1:00 and after 8:00pm on weekends.

Keeble Shelter

This shelter has four garage doors on both the north and south side so you can have an open shelter or keep them closed.
There are tables and a refrigerator.
Large outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables.
Restrooms are across the street.
Smoking is prohibited.

Langendorfer Shelter

Has a counter and sink with picnic tables inside.
Large outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables.
This shelter is located right beside the play ground.
Restrooms are across the street.
Smoking is prohibited.

Band Shelter

Capacity: 65
$125 Reservation Fee plus $100 Cleaning Deposit
Shelter reservations made previous to the price increase will have the difference deducted from your deposit.
This shelter has a roof over the top as well as 4′ sides.  The shelter has lights and electricity.
The restrooms are down the road a ways.
Large outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables.

Gagelin Shelter

Capacity: 100
This is an open shelter with a roof over the top.  The shelter surrounds the restrooms.

Rules

• Please leave the shelter in the same or better condition than you found it.
• Shelters may not be reserved for rummage sales, auction sales or similar functions.
• Payment is required before reservation is complete.
• Keys must be returned before deposit will be returned.
• Please take down chairs and tables at Hughes Shelter and Optimist Shelter after event.
• Please do not stack chairs against vertical window blinds in Hugh Shelter.
• Shelters are available on a first come-first serve basis.
• Any shelter fee increases prior to the rental date will be deducted from the deposit.
• Our whole park is a smoke free park so please refrain from smoking inside as well as outside the shelters.

Additional Information

• A reservation sign in the name of the applicant will be posted at the shelter.
• Keys for the shelters can be picked up during office hours at the Parks & Recreation Department See Contact page for additional information.  If you reserve a shelter for a Saturday or Sunday or Holiday, you MUST pick up the key before 5:00pm on Friday or the day before a Holiday or you will not be able to get into your shelter. PLEASE RETURN KEYS AND/OR REMOTES PROMPTLY AFTER SHELTER USE.
• Recreation equipment (horseshoes, volleyballs, croquet sets, tug-of-war ropes, basketballs, softball equipment, etc.) can be borrowed from the Parks and Recreation office.
• Alcohol permits are required for groups of 15 or more people who consume alcohol. Any type of glass beverage containers are not allowed.
• Garbage cans and sacks are provided. Please place all garbage in containers. Park staff will be responsible for removing garbage the next day. Shelter cleaning & garbage pickup will be done at shelters between 6:00 and 10:00am daily.
• Shelter renters must clean their shelter(s) the day of the reservation, as these shelters may be reserved the next day by another group.
• Please have shelters cleaned and locked by 1:00am.
